Personal:

I am a 29 year old mother of one sassy 6 year old little girl and an active 8 year old boy.  My life revolves around my kids, my husband (when time allows), PTA-ing, my running, swimming and biking, dishes and laundry, and I wouldn't have it any other way!  It has taken me a few years to figure this running thing out but things are finally working!  I finally finished my first Marathon and can't wait for the next!

Went to physical therapy today for my shoulder.  Teena was right....I have impingment!  Yahoo!  I need to be faithful about doing my exercises and icing so that this dang thing will get better!

Crossfit

Warm up: (2X) 250 meter run, 5 push ups, 10 squats

Strength: Bench press 5 set of 5 reps increasing weight with each set

WOD: (3 Rounds) run 800 meters, 25 push ups, 50 sit ups

 

Shoulder exercises, butt/IT band exercises, foam roll and ICE!!!
